Guy was an hour late. Called the office twice. Once was told he be right there. 10 minutes later still not here called back and lady cursed me and had the nastiest attitude. Telling me I got a good price and that I was lucky she didnt charge me 2 services calls. She was more concerned about cancelling the job than doing the job.
