I called at 8 this morning and they were here for 11 to fix my garage door. Great service.
Our quarter panel window was shattered on our Suburban on a Friday evening. We scheduled the next available appointment with Safelite for the following Tuesday. I booked the Early Bird Special to be the first appointment of the day. They finally arrived at 10 am with the wrong window. The supervisor on call was sooo rude despite me showing the technician my order in the app for the drivers side window. Needless to say after four days without my vehicle I was in tears.
