The men were professional and explained everything I needed to know about our new door. They kept the workspace clean and installed everything seamlessly.
Not happy with the job you did on our damaged garage door. We paid you $540 to brake the cable and close the door and give us a quote of $3,233.10 to fix the door. Well, we found a liable company that fix it for much less...Not a happy, but I have to give you 1 star!
I saw a guy in a quality garage doors truck helping a woman on the side of the road In southeast palm bay if your guys have this kind service with there work I would want that for our propertys.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I received a quote that was $500 more than anyone else. I was told by my sales rep to contact Mr.Pierce who was not available, so I spoke to his assistant who stated that my quote was the best they could do. They had already gave me a $50 discount and when I explained to her that other companies were quoting $500 less she said oh well that is the best we can do. Terrible terrible terrible. I called to make a appointment for Friday (today) between 2-4. I was quoted 115 in total for labor and for them to fix it. I agreed. Today the "technician" came out after 4 and quoted me double the price I got quoted. I tried talking to the supervisor and she somehow seemed more worked up than me. She kept cutting me off and was rude. It's as if she knew what I was calling to complain about. Don't go here. This business is a joke and will try to rip you off.
