I called Quality on a Friday(3/13/2026) morning regarding my garage door. Lets just say freezing rain the night before and garage doors stuck to the ground don't go hand in hand. A work order was submitted and was told it would be Monday and someone could come out and look. Adam called me shortly after I got off the phone and said he could come take a look at the garage door opener for me that day. He showed up, took a look and told me what was needed. Excellent. I called Quality Garage Door for help with my opener. They were so prompt, polite and helpful. Not only did they fix the issue with my opener but they fixed a couple other issues. My garage door opener system has never worked this well. I highly recommend them.

We have always called Quality in the past for garage door needs, but so disappointed this time. We called over 3 weeks ago to have someone come and check broken cable. They never returned calls, when we did reach them, we were told we were on a list. Basically we will get to you if and when we can. Gentlemen on phone was rude and didnt seem to care we were frustrated not being able to use garage door at all for 3 weeks. We called different company and they will be here within 48 hours. I contacted 4 'Garage Door Specialists' about my broken garage door spring. No one returned a response. Called 'Quality Garage Door' Friday and Adam was out the next Tuesday. Learned a lot from talking to Adam. Very nice person. A 'Quality Garage Door' sticker now covers the sticker of the business that didn't return my call. They will be the first business I will call next time.
