"I apologize this happened, 1 star for not calling back? seems extreme," No, the 1 Star was not calling back 3 separate times, 3 TIMES. That deserves ZERO Stars!!!
Hate to do this but 3 strikes you are out. 2023 called them to replace the transaxle mounts on my VW Beetle. Told me they'd check the schedule and call back. Never called back. 2024 Called them to have 5 tires mounted, said they'd check schedule and CB. Never called back. April 2025, called to have brake work done on my Beetle, was told by a Derrick he'd call me back "middle of next week." Never called back. I'd push my car to Tampa for work before I'd ever call Quality Garage again. Hated bashing a local business and fellow... read more
Finally got my 1985 VW Westfalia in here and am VERY happy! Idling bad needed an oil change…He “purrz” again and running great! Thanks guys!
