Great people.Great Place.
Just bought a house here in Mountain City. Owner helped me pick out and have delivered. Couch, recliner, bedroom suite and washer and dryer. Definitely will buy from again if I ever need more.
Jeff and Matt are awesome to do business with they will go out of their way to make sure that you get the best help and quality.I want go anywhere else to get furniture or appliances and the furniture and appliances are good quality and they stand by anything you purchase from them.If you need any furniture or appliances make sure to go to Quality Furniture and I promise you will be treated with respect and kindness.
Very friendly furniture store with high-quality mattresses, made-in-USA sofas, Amish chairs, tables, etc. I bought a few, and David delivered them to my house before I got back myself. You can also place custom orders through the store with more options for color and style. Highly recommended if you are looking for furnitures that have decent quality.
My mother had a massive heart attack, open heart surgery. We wanted to make her life comfortable and easy when she came home. We went into the store, Matt as always was friendly. They went above and beyond what is expected, ordered and delivered on the same day! Matt we appreciate you and all your help, it is greatly appreciated:-)
