I enjoyed a wonderful relationship with Quality Funding. They were very friendly, professional, and easy to work with! I recently made my final payment, and will not hesitate to reach out to Quality Funding, the next time I buy a vehicle!
This place gave me a chance and helped me start to rebuild my credit. I usually just made my payments online, but the few times I had to give them a call they were very nice. When I paid my loan off, the owner got on the phone and thanked me for being a good customer because I made all my payments on time, or early. I would use them again.
Terrible customer service especially from the “Ron” individual felt like a loan shark more than a professional business would often times get personal.
Hard working, diligent and professional group. They go above and beyond the expected. It’s refreshing to interact with friendly and caring folks who seem to love what they do ….Every single day!!!!
