Service Manager is horrible. Took a Ford F-150 Raptor in and it was explained to them that there is light grey bluish smoke coming out of exhaust. I’m no mechanic, but talking to some mechanics I know it was more than likely a turbo issue or a seal. Quality Ford had the truck for two months only to tell me it needed an “oil change”. It was immediately returned to the service department to show them the smoke coming out of the exhaust even after the oil change.
