This office is extremely unprofessional and unsafe in both medical care and billing practices. The physician rushed through the visit, skipped a thorough examination, and gave treatment without any clear explanation, notes, or follow-up. There was no meaningful communication with the patient, no proper medical evaluation, and it felt like they just wanted to move patients in and out quickly without addressing real health needs. Wonderful Dr King! Made me feel at ease and confident with his professional knowledge. Very personable; extremely important!!
This was my second visit to the Somerset office this year. They were able to see me the same day both times. The staff and the doctor were courteous. The doctor answered all my questions.
Dr. Ling is efficient and very personal . Receptionist can't get the message that I prefer to be called by my middle name.
