We were very impressed with Quality Floors and More. We had over 900 sq ft of engineered hardwood installed, including stairs. Ray was very informative and got us a fair price. Demo and install went smooth. Omar and Juan did an outstanding job! Mess was kept to a minimum during demo (but it is a construction zone). Their attention to detail during install was exceptional. We had a wonderful experience with Quality Floors! Ray was great to work with, and understood that we had a tight timeline to get new flooring installed in one of our rental homes before our new renter moved in. From the time we went into the showroom and selected the flooring to having it all installed was just a little over a week! We are extremely happy with the professionalism and outcome, and will highly recommend them!
We had both carpet and wood flooring installed by Quality Floors. The service, installation and pricing were outstanding. Ray was extremely helpful. We heartily recommend Quality Floors.
I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Quality Floors. HIGHLY recommend them. Troy was easy to work with. He was flexible about timing for measuring and install. Our floors look fabulous - the product and quality of installation were outstanding. But even more importantly, Troy made a suggestion that resulted in us buying a little less laminate flooring and in favor of keeping the original wood stairs.
