Approximately 3 weeks ago, my husband spoke to Ray Martinez about our Karndean floors that we had installed in 2016 by Quality Floors & More. An unopened vegetable can fell on our floor & caused damage to just one 4ft. Karndean strip. Ray said he would get back with my husband the next day. He never called, so after 3 days, my husband called Ray again & Ray said he would check into it & give us a quote. It has now been 3 weeks & still no word from Ray once again. I was looking forward in getting new flooring for my house, but unfortunately the quality of the installation wasn't the best. My 8 year old grandson could've done a much better job. I clearly said, "I don't care if they take 3 or 4 days, I wanted done right" First the installers didn't level the floors properly because they were rushing to finish the job in one day. Great experience working with Brandon and his store. Great showroom, professional staff and installers do a beautiful job. They take pride in their work, respectful of your property and are organized and completed the work on time. It was a great experience! Brandon and all his staff did an amazing job. Brandon helped with searching for the tiles we wanted and then he and his staff were very professional and caring in installing the tile. We would wholeheartedly recommend them
Amazing selection of tile. Replaced our fireplace, box, pipes everything and unfortunately lost the built in mantle as part of the process. We decided to tile. Quality Floors was great. Troy helped us pick the tile, and even gave a great price on the install. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
