Will absolutely use Quality Floors and More again and would recommend them to anyone! We worked mostly with Troy and he is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He and his team helped us update our funky kitchen and master bathroom and did a beautiful job.

Approximately 3 weeks ago, my husband spoke to Ray Martinez about our Karndean floors that we had installed in 2016 by Quality Floors & More. An unopened vegetable can fell on our floor & caused damage to just one 4ft. Karndean strip. Ray said he would get back with my husband the next day. He never called, so after 3 days, my husband called Ray again & Ray said he would check into it & give us a quote. It has now been 3 weeks & still no word from Ray once again. I was looking forward in getting new flooring for my house, but unfortunately the quality of the installation wasn't the best. My 8 year old grandson could've done a much better job. I clearly said, "I don't care if they take 3 or 4 days, I wanted done right" First the installers didn't level the floors properly because they were rushing to finish the job in one day. Great experience working with Brandon and his store. Great showroom, professional staff and installers do a beautiful job. They take pride in their work, respectful of your property and are organized and completed the work on time. It was a great experience!
