We entered into a professional contract to install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring with Quality Flooring in 2021. Approx. 1 year later, our flooring failed, without the ability to repair. This failure was a direct result of the installation completed by Quality Flooring. We have 2 inspection reports (by licensed professionals), both confirming that Quality Flooring did not install the flooring correctly.
