Never again! Overcharged $85 for the same pump we could get cheaper from the store. They also didnt have a pump to pump my flooded basement so they charged me for them sitting there doing nothing instead of helping!! Never again!! You guys even installed the first one from the previous owners last year and even admitted to me that one installed was old and outdated and you still did it anyway!!
Excellent service! Audrey was helpful from the moment she answered the phone. They got a technician out to us quickly and he had our water heater fixed promptly. We will absolutely use them for any future needs.
Audrey wasn’t honest about quoting for a job. The labor they quote is for each guy they send out and they won’t tell you how many guys they are sending. They were here for 2.5 and billed for 5. I thought asking how much the labor was going to be would clarify things. Nope.
