Terrible experience would never recommend. Got me wood tile instead of what I had laminate tile. Made a mess with sand bags on roof that busted. Had me belief they were going to fix roof found out was not on estimate to fix.

On June 5th my tenants returned home to find water damage to the floors and adjacent carpeted room. Once we called our insurance company they put us in contact with Quality First Builders and since then we have not had to worry about anything. All employees are polite and get back to you with all pertinent information right away. As with any damage to your property it is usually a very stressful situation. Cyndi O. Mike in Volusia County made our family really comfortable and always kept us in the know about how our damage was being repaired. I would recommend this company to anyone who has damages and needs any repairs done. They were always courteous, kind and were not upset to do the repairs on our home. We need more companies like this in our community. I am proud to have met them. Also, everyone repair person on his team had the same friendly personality. I am glad that I got to meet them.
Mike coordinated the repair team that did a great job of replacing our flooring and other problems related the water destruction. Brad, Roy & Gary did a professional job in all aspects. The packing and cleaning crew also did an amazing job cleaning and replacing everything. Our compliments for a job well done.
