Bret B. went above and beyond to help us resolve an emergency we had at our rental property. Our new pool water heater broke on us while a guest stayed in our property. Even though this was covered under the warranty, the manufacturer was going to take almost two weeks to replace the part. Bret was able to find an alternative solution and had our heater repaired within one business day. Thanks to Bret and his team, they had us fixed right away! Can't thank them enough, I will refer anyone I can over to you guys, THANK YOU!
