Adam is a very friendly, professional person who takes the time to explain what he is doing. Kathy, the customer service rep we coordinate our service calls with, is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes us feel valued and appreciated when we call She gets us scheduled quickly and calls if there is any issue with parts or scheduling. A great team! We highly recommend Quality FIrst and they are the only AC company we will ever use.
