The service was first class and very professional. Highly recommend for you A/C service.
A/C specialist diagnosed the problem in short time, but he wasn’t able to fix the A/C unit without ordering parts for the repair next week.
I’ve been using Quality First for several years. A few days ago, my unit stopped working. I called the office, and with the help of Nicole, service was able to be at my house in a very timely fashion. The tech, Matthew, arrived on time. He checked the breaker, thermostat and air handler. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty breaker. Quality First was terrific at every step of the way!
Always a great experience with Quality First. Great technician (Matt) who was respectful, clean, and accomodating. He fixed our issue quickly and educated us moving forward.
