The elderly owner is hard of hearing and very difficult to communicate with. We purchased a wood burning insert (Enviro Boston 1700) and after only two weeks of use the blower won't turn on. Quality Fireplace doesn't guarantee their work. His only suggestion is to find a different Enviro dealer to replace our blower -- at full cost to us. It's crazy to pay so much for a wood stove and have it break after two weeks.
