Ghosted! Sales person came out and walked the property. Discussed fencing options and was advised quote to be available in 2-3 days. Then the beginning of the great disappearing act. Called twice at 10 day and then 14 day and left requests for callback for quote with receptionist. Never heard a peep! Six weeks later we hired a local contractor from Yoncalla, McDaniels Custom Fence, and could not be happier with the attention to detail and professionalism and design he installed. Things happen for a reason.
I stopped in to buy some parts to fix an old gate. I showed them the old parts, they sold me the correct parts the first time, and counseled me on how to fix the issue. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable, I'll definitely be returning.
Some piece of crap kid drove into my fence and bent a section of it. Quality fence came and repaired it. They fixed the damage, and it looks better and sturdier now than it did when it was brand new. Very happy, highly recommend the company.
Watch out for the drives... They want to race up to you and cut you off just to get one car ahead.
