This is absurd, you put someone who barely speak English and doesn’t comprehend nothing to answer the phone. The lady really got me upset, I asked the simplest questions and she couldn’t replied That not good at all.
Unprofessional and disrespectful girl on the phone. I just called at 4:55 someone picked up then hung up. I called back right away I was placed on music hold without someone even answering. Very unprofessional & too young to know how to be.
