I have a young lady from this agency who I don’t have to worry about my 91 yr old mother with extreme health problems she comes in on time everyday never takes off my mother calls her her younger sister I never have to question anything with her I used to be with another agency I went through 22 girls the worst experience ever I call this office they r just wonderful now I have problem with sunshine health and have to get away from them great work guys and my girl needs a raise
This is absurd, you put someone who barely speak English and doesn’t comprehend nothing to answer the phone. The lady really got me upset, I asked the simplest questions and she couldn’t replied That not good at all.
Unprofessional and disrespectful girl on the phone. I just called at 4:55 someone picked up then hung up. I called back right away I was placed on music hold without someone even answering. Very unprofessional & too young to know how to be.
