They told me to make an appointment so I could get eye drops for my glaucoma the doctor wanted to use me as a guinea pig 🐖 Charles that does your glasses said making an appointment and you could get eye drops said something else and leave nothing there out of my left eye for since I was a child for for a long time a double vision they say the doctor did not give me know I dropped some of my glaucoma and just use me as a guinea pig 🐖 would this be good for the better Business bureau
I would not recommend this business for eye glasses. I had an issue with my glasses and the issue was not resolved. Charles Seppy was rude to my family member. I just wanted to enjoy my glasses and they were not comfortable. They gave me a headache and caused my nose to become more irritated and red. I feel that if I am spending a lot of money on glasses that they should fit me correctly. The manager of the other store in Linwood tried to resolve the problem by offering lightweight lenses. Dr Miller was amazing with my daughter, the man who fits the glasses and helped us pick a pair was even better! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Service was pleasant. I handed over my insurance cards and ID… updated patient info, and then was seen very promptly.. Dr Miller checked out my eyes and wrote me some scripts for glasses and contacts… even hooked me up with a trail pair or two too get me through until my orders come in. Thanks all. Cya next time.
