The bedside manager of the doctor here is terrible. Absolutely no compassion when talking to patients. Will never come back.
Was in this office once for dry eye problems. Charged me $xxx extra cash on x-rays, tests , pills on the top of insurance charge. I paid it off same day. Which helps me n o t h i n g. Done right ? No, now they keep sending MORE bills every month !?! Avoid this place , just another business office to send u more bills for nothing.
I went into them today asking for a simple adjustment to my glasses that I purchased here a couple months ago as they keep slipping. I was told my options were to leave them there for the day, considering I use them to see this wouldn't work, or make an appointment. In my opinion this would be a simple service that I would have been willing to wait for but apparently it's not.
