I had such an exceptional experience. Dr. Hajali took the time to truly listen and explain the cause of my dry eye in a way that was simple, clear, and easy to understand. “I took my 5-year-old son for an eye exam and was told he had –1.00 and –0.75. We were advised to purchase ortho lenses immediately and were also offered a $500 contract for monthly eye drops for Eye Drop prescription, (‘iDrops’), still I have to pay every month for eye drops, which was not clearly explained. Because he is very young, I sought a second opinion from a pediatric ophthalmologist. I advise against engaging with this establishment. My experience included unsatisfactory customer service and a failure to return my call as promised. Consequently, I was unable to address the inaccurate billing for my visit and requirements. Furthermore, they declined to refund the payment made for the initial consultation.

I called to inquire about / schedule a new patient eye exam. Someone picked up the phone and said something in Spanish (I dont understand Spanish), then placed me on hold for 40 minutes until I hung up, at which point I realized this would not be the place for my eye care since they cant ask your language preference and put you on hold indefinitely until you get frustrated and hang up
