You never know The store is conv., but you can almost quarantee a wait of at least 10 minutes. The only have 1 checker at all times, unless shift change. Personally, I have been close to being ripped off when they check my scratch-offs-3 times....They could use proper training for a multi-ticket voucher. The place could definately use a face lift and clean up. Hubbard is a cute, quaint little town, but it could use a big change in alot of things.
