I've been working with Charles here in Austin to repair my roof and a few other issues caused by a MASSIVE hail storm. Everything has been super smooth, I'm impressed. If you need house repairs done, call these guys. And if you're in Austin, ask for Charles, he's the best.
Peter and his crews from Quality Exteriors did an excellent job on my mother's roof. The roof had hail damage but was also old. From the three bids we got, Peter was the person who told us he would work with the insurance company from the first phone call, to give us the best chance of getting coverage for the roof. He also gave us a contingency agreement, so that if he was not successful in getting insurance to cover part of the costs, we were not required to use his company.
