Zach was extremely responsive to my text messages and phone call. Within a week of my initial text, he was at my house assessing my roof leak issue from the heavy storms and fixed the problem while he was onsite. He was very thorough and took pictures to explain the issue. He was so kind not to charge me in case the problem wasn’t addressed. Zach is the kind of guy you can trust.
Due to the recent storms I had a section of missing shingles. Zack came out within 2 business days, did a full inspection and gave me honest feedback. Luckily the roof was in good shape, I literally just had some missing shingles!! This company is NOT out for a quick buck. I've already spread the word :)
Quality Exteriors has helped me with several replacement roof projects spanning over 15 years for three different homes we've had in Middle Tennessee. These guys are quick to respond to calls/text when you need them most. They tell you the truth. I highly recommend these guys for any roofing project you might have.
Franklin came out to look at my roof. I had a leak from a recent storm. He was very thorough and explained my issue to me. He did not try to over sell me and presented options that were in my best interest. Will be my go to roofing company moving forward. HIGHLY recommend.
