I had been having a leaking roof & issues for a long while before calling this company. I’ve hired so many different people to try and fix my roof. I’ve thrown away so much money. I was recommended to call Quality Exterior bc I have a flat roof & a lot of people aren’t experienced enough to fix it. They were fast to help me and it only took him 2 days to replace my roof. He just finished about a week ago, but we’ve had 2 serious rain storms and I didn’t get any water inside. I’m so thankful!!
The service I received was poor they came out and did poor job on a roof patch job and my roof was still leaking afterwards the guy promised to come back out and never did, its been a year, a waste of money still had to hire another company.
My roof was leaking and damaged from Hurricane Ida and they came in so quickly and got out so quickly! The quality of work and attention to detail was great, and for such an important aspect of a home, that's super important. Will absolutely use them again, if disaster were to unfortunately strike again.
I used this company to repair the roof on my church building and it was not done correctly. I was charged twice for the work supposedly was to be repaired the first time. After doing that work my building still leaked causing more damage. I had to hire and pay another roofing company for the repairs. I unsuccessfully tried to contact Quality Exteriors for over two months with no response, we have now had to hire an attorney to handle this problem which will cost my ministry more money!!!!!
