I've been going to them for years. I love how personable they are and knowledgeable. Yes it may take a bit to get your car back but they are walk in. I trust them with my car. My husband said he wouldn't trust our car with 95% of the other businesses out there.
Brought my car into this "car repair shop" on Division. My brakes were having issues. Dealt with Clint, I can't believe how long it took for him to do my brakes. I waited over 5 hours for it to be done. I had other things to do on my day off!! What awful service! He shouldn't even be working here. Never bring your car here. Employees are useless and have no idea what they are doing!
Stopped in today to have my breaks fixed. The guy at the front counter was great (Don) he spent time to make sure that I knew that my clabbers needed to be replaced and even took me into the shop and showed me how bad they were. The price was the best I have seen.. They sell parts below retail, i was very impressed and will come back to Quality Express car Center on 28th street for any of my car needs.
I am writing this from their lobby. I dropped my car off 4.5 hours ago for an oil change and am still waiting. No one knew what the status was, oneam told me they forgot about it, and the guy in charge seems very frazzled and unsure of what is going on. No real sense of customer service and didn't take ownership of the situation. Not to mention the waiting area said it was 94 degrees. Will not return.
Today my close friend, Young, just showed me a receipt of $164.29 for 4 wheels alignment at Quality Express car care center on Division. The problem is the car still pulling to left side as I knew it earlier. I asked my friend why it's so expensive for alignment. He shake his head. Young said he is told that after he pay $164.29, his car will be in perfect shape ( in term of alignment). My friend had asked the technician to redo or readjust the alignment for him. DONT GO HERE!! i took my car to this shop a while ago an they were terrible!worse service iv seen with this super loud annoying guy with a bad attitude! also i took my car in to get a few things fixed when i got it back after i paid i noticed they didnt fix everything i told them to an i still PAYED for it! ontop of this a couple days ago i brought my car back because it didnt run an they were the closest (had no choice) so i gave them another chance! and believe it or not these idiots told me they WOULDNT FIX MY CAR BECAUSE... read more
Great Service! – I've been having all of my vehicles repaired here since they opened. These mechanics do a great job. The prices are right and I've never had a problem. I stopped in there for squeaky brakes, thinking i may need them redone. Nope, brakes are good for a while yet, just an adjustment and they didn't even charge me for it. Here, you deal directly with mechanic, not some guy dressed up answering the phone, pretending to know what he's talking about. Rude and lousy service! Rude and lousy service! The first problem I had with them was about a year ago. Took an SUV in for an alignment. When I picked it up, I was told that it was aligned, but he couldn't align it and have the steering wheel centered. He also mentioned play in the steering gear. When I mentioned there was an adjustment for that, he said that it would cause memory steer. Poor service and warranty approval – Bought tires from them that had a full replacement warranty. The tires blew out within 1 month went back to them for replacement and they turned me away after charging me to change them into a new set of tires... The owner has a bad attitude and is not in the right buisness. If you wanna be ripped off go there!
