my car's starter was going bad. this location has ripped me off about 300 dollars. 1) they told me we replace your bad starter for $300 2)they put the car on a jack and told me 479 is for the part I asked them can I buy my own part at Auto zone. they told me no auto zone parts are junk. my car was not starting so I had no choice and agreed to work on it 3) I saw a van bringing my starter part from the "parts plus" company. Jesse was my hero today, I had an appointment and traveled 2 hours to grand rapids and I got a flat on the way, the place I got the tire from couldn't fix it today so I got a replacement and Jesse had me on my way in 10 minutes, he saved me 4 hours of my life, Thank You Jesse you are the best.
