Honestly?! QES did the initial install and the motor failed, the "warranty" work that the "factory authorized" center did failed also! Bottom line is we still do not have a truck that functions and QES has decided to wash their hands of it!
WOW!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A -5 I WOULD. Took them almost a year to do an engine swap. "new" motor didn't last 25 miles, dumping oil, sounded like a coffee can full of nuts and bolts! Took them almost another year to come up with lame excuses about what went wrong. "repair" didn't last 25 miles either. Dead on side of road. Now they say that after three years there must have been some other underlying problem, "bad fuel" they say. They want to be paid for towing it back to town. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Ob, your statement below is incorrect. Please review your information. If you had, you would have seen that we did not do the final installation of this engine. The installation was completed by a factory authorized warranty center outside of this business. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused to the owners of the company you work for.
