Do not take your product to this company they have very poor customer service,In my opinion they do not respect people of color.I spoke a fellow associate and he stated they also disrespected he and his family too and he is also African American.They will take your money and if you ask them a question they give you the product back without repairing it.

This company is amazing! The people who own it are incredibly sweet! They are all about helping you as fast as they can and as best as they can! We got our TV back within under a week of them coming out to get it! I recommend they are the best!
The Quality Electronics were wonderful when our TV screen was messed up. They came and picked it up and hooked up the small screen TV we had for my husband. He had just had a double knee replacement. They kept me updated on their progress. When the new screen came in it was also messed up. They apologized and returned our TV and hooked it up so my husband could have a bigger screen TV to look at until Samsung delivered us a new TV. The customer service was gracious and wonderful. I took my computer in because the screen wasnt working. They fixed it for a reasonable price and did a few other things to it as well. The price was great. The staff were so friendly and nice. I would recommend them to others in my community
We took our 42" LCD TV to Quality Electronics to be repaired after lightning caused it to go out. The staff was very friendly and worked with us and our insurance company (renters insurance) to repair the TV. We had it back within only a few days! That was about a year ago and have not had ANY problems with it since. We will definitely use Quality Electronics for any future repair needs. :)
I perchased a big sceen TV from this bussiness. The TV broke with in two weeks. When I asked for a refund they told me no.They said they could fix it. The TV has been there two weeks and they are not telling me when it is going to be ready.They were sure quick to take my money but now they cant tell me when my TV is going to be ready.They have very bad custumer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Havent had a problem untill I took my TV to them... The sounds would fade in and out and he said it could be fixed no problem... theyve had it since oct its now feb... I wouldnt advise anyone to take anything of importance to them.. Not very professional when it come to customer service.
