they recently came to fix my washer, Darren was prompt, and knowledgeable, the problem was soled and I am back to washing today. He also instructed me how to use my washer better so this doesn't happen again. Thank you Darren and Quality Elrctronics

I want to throw a big thank you out there to Quality Electronics for fixing my ice maker. This was a difficult one but their tech Derek didn't waiver and hung in there. Kudos Quality.
We purchased a GE Cafe range less than a month ago and the light bulb went out and the convection oven fan cover warped the second time I used it. Derek, the technician from Quality Electronics Service, came out and was able to get the cover to work while we awaited the arrival of a new fan cover. Derek is incredibly helpful and was able to give me some really helpful information. I will contact Quality Electronics in the future when we have appliance issues. Received horrible service twice on a Maytag paid repair. The service man was rude and chewed me out for getting him in trouble with his boss when he had to come back the second time to repair what he messed up the first. If Maytag had not paid for it, I would never use this place. Edited to add: the "boss" did call me back to work through the issues with the rude staff. Very impressed with his professional nature
Had Robert fix my washing machine after a tech at a different shop had no clue. Not only did he find the problem but he genuinely enjoyed figuring it out. Stayed late to figure it out and got my washing machine up and going. It may take a bit for them to get to you, but your problem will be fixed without a doubt. Thanks so very much!
These guys are a rare breed in this day and age they have great ethics and are quality guys just like their name. THANKS a bunch for treating us with respect and helping us resolve our washer nightmare.
