This company has a Groupon that says it services homes within 60 miles. My house is 44 miles, yet they refuse to provide the service they advertise!!! And they won't refund my money!!! So wrong.
Quality air cleaned my air ducts and serviced my furnace. A+ service, I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a professional job done to thier hvac.
Dennis cleaned our furnace ducts today, and he did a great job. We asked him to let us know whether our dryer vent needed cleaning as well, and after checking it he said that it didn't. He could have said that it needed cleaning and charged us for it, so we appreciated his honesty. He was professional, personable, competent, and hard working. We will use them in the future, and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.
9/28/2013 I purchased an online deal from Amazon Local $39 for Air-Duct Inspection & Cleaning package. I called 9/28/2013 and scheduled my service for 10/29/2013 and was given a time frame of arrival between 4pm-7pm. On 10/29/2013 the technician calls me at 6:50pm and informs me we won't be out because he is behind schedule and still has one other job ahead of me. I said I work 2 jobs and took off work for this. When I moved into my new house, I immediately noticed that something wasn't right, I never had any allergies in my life, but all of a sudden I started sneezing and coughing.
