They overcharged me $50 on my credit card & provided no credit receipt. i found out a month later, when I checked my credit. I have a copy of the credit bill and the Quality Door receipt, but I'm still trying to get the overcharge returned 4 months later. They charged $450 to replace the hinges on my garage door. I have to admit, the work was done quickly and well. But they strung me along badly when I asked for a slight adjustment later--which amounted to putting a rope on the handle. Called for a spring repair. Was quoted over the phone a fair price. When the tech showed up(Fred), he started changing the prices immediately. They bait and switch. I asked him for their contractors license number and he said he didnt know it and they would half to call me back with it which of course they never did. Run away from these unlicensed scammers!
Fred fixed two of my garage doors and did an excellent job, I have referred him to a couple of more. He is very reasonable, personable and does an excellent job.
The guys were extremely professional and friendly. It is hard for me to miss any work and they contacted me when they where on their way to my place so that I could meet them. The guy that came to my place was friendly and new exactly what the problem was and fixed my garage door in about 15 minutes plus he secured my railings at not extra charge.
