Through garage door opener Marantec website I was directed to Quality Door & More as a distributor. I was not aware they were a warehouse distributor, not a retail supplier. He first answered questions over the phone and then invited me to visit their facility and he would further explain and provide me with parts / instructions on how to solve my issue.
