Terrible company to deal with. They overcharge for insurance. Lack of communication is the worst part. They can text me when my bill is due but never inform me if something is on backorder. They sent the wrong size and still haven't corrected my bill even after I returned the package to the local DME in my area. Jeff, the so-called supervisor, is a joke.
