They lost records of my visits during their transition from paper to electronic records and failed to follow through with my insurance company to justify equipment I was prescribed. Instead of providing a justification, they just sent the same records over and over which kept getting rejected. I didn't even find out until it was too late. Now I'm stuck with a $3000 bill after their delay tactics caused me to exceed my insurance company's time frame for appeals. I do not know what is going on with this Dr. office. I made my sleep consultation appointment and everything looked fine to get a new CPAP machine and replacement mask. Go to the sleep study appointment, and there is a hand written not pasted at the door saying “Office closed until further notice. Apologies for any inconvenience.”, with the door locked. No phone call.. No anything. I have called and left multiple voice mail since. No response was given. Highly unprofessional.
