I recently had a cleaning as well as some other dental work done with Quality Dental Care. Dr. Mims and his staff were amazing! From the time you walk in to the time you leave it is personable and they talk to you very down to earth. Now I will say they tell you what needs to be done and what you need to do to help you teeth and don't sugar coat it, I personally like that about them! Quality care is not a priority. I gave two stars because I needed a tooth extraction and every other dentist was booked out for months. Quality Dental was able to see me immediately. While I was relieved they solved my problem I will never go back nor recommend their services to anyone else. My first impression was of the receptionist who seemed annoyed and was verbally rude to the lady on the phone with her. While in the waiting room, a patient left crying and upset. Great dental office! The staff was friendly, the dentist was gentle, and the whole visit was fast and stress-free. Highly recommend!
