I want to give my experience with Quality dental care my teeth had been horrible for years broken I mean I was in bad shape so I started my search and came across Dr. Mims the front desk lady was very nice and professional I just want say today March 27th 2025 I had a full extraction and I got my dentures and I am so grateful to Dr. Mims and all of his staff they took care of me and they were really good at their job I was terrified but they put me at ease and it did not take Dr. Mims long to extract my teeth I felt little p... read more
This has to be the absolute worst place i have ever walked into. My first visit was wonderful. I needed a full mouth extraction and dentures..the extraction process was a bit rough but pulling teeth isn't always easy and I get that. I was fitted for my dentures after the second set of teeth were extracted. After I got my dentures and my gums started healing my dentures would no longer fit and hurt my gums really bad so I made an appointment for an adjustment. If I could give no stars I would horrible experience the doctor stays on the phone the whole time, the lady that does the teeth numbing hands shake bad the whole time,he pulled my teeth I was barely numb, rammed the dentures in my mouth said I had a bad infection and sent me out the door,no follow up appointment made, no antibiotics, I almost died that weekend I tried to call them back the voicemail was full, I had to go to the emergency room where the on call docs says it looks like I have been tortured, iv antibiotics ran ... read more
If you love to be talked to like a child and this is a place for you. The so-called doctor will come in the room so we can spend a total of 30 minutes yanking the tooth from your mouth just to tell you that your mouth is horrible and you need more work. Is rude unprofessional and smells funny but unfortunately is one of the only places covered by Blue Care in this local area but believe me it's not worth being belittled and treated like trash
