Non-responsive and snooty while providing quote to repair. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
The front grill of my CT200 Lexus began to hang and drag as I was driving it so I pulled to safety, called and towing service, and then contacted this establishment to see if the car could be towed there and to get an estimate for the work. The man who answered the phone rudely said, no it can’t be towed here!!” and hung up in my face. So unprofessional and bad customer service.
