We absolutely love the build we did with Quality Crafted Homes. The finish is high quality resulting in a beautiful home. The only reason not giving five stars is due to some challenges mid build with change of personnel resulting in some delays and poor communication from the replacement, but it was sorted pretty quickly once the issue was raised. Shout out to Scott for sorting things out! Overall, we are VERY happy with the outcome and would build with them again.
Like craftsman tools, They are riding their old name with a crap new product. The quality craft of the past is no more. don’t be fooled by there reviews of old. They are not the same company. They are now a very unorganized rude company. They don’t care about you. They will string you along and never follow up. We have been in our house since January and they still aren’t done. Terrible “Quality” provided, zero follow up and commitments are a joke. Added some pics of repairs already done. Most look worse than before. Probably 1,000 nail pops throughout from not maintaining humidity levels and after 7 months and multiple trips most have not been touched. A/C unit set on a people rock hill that has already 1/2 washed away Vent not cutout in island caused mold in dishwasher regularly I would not recommend any of their homes at this point.
