Chet at Quality Counts Mechanical Service did an outstanding job getting our air conditioning back up and running during one of the hottest stretches of the North Carolina summer. He responded quickly, came out first thing to diagnose the problem, immediately ordered the necessary part, and returned as soon as it arrived to complete the repair. The two fellas that came were very friendly, competent, professional, polite. They told me the problem, they needed to get a new coil but it would take 5-7 days,. They installed it and checked several times to make sure it was working properly.
