Hello, yesterday in the early afternoon, I called to request a copy of a signed bill of lading to match to an invoice that we received from you for my employer. The woman that answered the phone was very rude - she acted like I was a huge inconvenience for her to have to send me a copy to pay YOUR invoice! She used words like: "REALLY"?! and "Well, that comes from your end NOT mine!" I never did receive a copy of my request....I would not consider using Quality Corp for my personal use because of the attitude from her.
