Raul came over to inspect the AC and quoted the price for a new AC system due to the law changes for R410 to R32. It’s going to cost a small fortune but we will be future proofed with a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. Raul did a great job and found the leak on the outside coils and also saw that the upper attic unit was leaking water and not draining properly. Would recommend Quality Cooling and Heating. Called and set up appointment with a window of arrival and promise of call when headed to property. No call occurred and no one showed up during the window. Called numbers listed and no answer and no ability to leave a message. Called a different company.
Great service by our technician, Tyler. I highly recommend this company.
Chris did an excellent job in servicing our AC UNIT. He took the time to go over everything he did and all the measurements on the units and what each meant. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We’ve used quality for years and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else
