I have seen the technicians go out of their way to make customers happy. I am really proud of the way they try so hard day in and day out.
I was with quality pest control for 35 years. They quoted me a price of $40 quarterly to spray my house. My technician Tim canceled my policy for some reason on his own and they now want triple the money to come out after I have been a loyal customer for 35 years. Most of the time when they did come out and spray they had to come back because I kept getting ants. I do not recommend this company at all.
Tim came to spray for beetles , lady bugs and bait for mice. He did a good job at what he could reach from a standing position but the back portion of our home is equal to a 3-story home and Tim said they do not carry ladders and would be able to spray only what he could reach without a ladder. Some was better than none so I gave him the thumbs-up to spray what he could. Now I will have to see if I can find another company that has equipment adequate to reach the high points of my home and give them my business.
Had a bed bug problem said theyd all be dead with in a month and it was a guaranteed service well it wasnt i DO NOT recommend these guys for anything let alone walk my dog. Over all rating horrible service
I called them for an odor in my basement. They came out the next day and a Possum had gotten in. James was the Best!! He was very courteous, friendly and professional!
