I hate that I have to do this after years of great service. This company was one that I was looking forward to maintaining my long term relationship with. Unfortunately they do not understand that a pre paid maintenance plan and a service contract are two separate things. Excellent, excellent workmanship and personnel!! Had new system installed as well as a total replacement of duck work. A huge difference in even cooling/heating and more efficient! I highly recommend them!

I have been with Quality Control Air for a number of years and they have chosen the right name for their service, every time I have needed some service. I affirm Johnny Palumbo, the technician who came today for his profession, friendly service, and his volunteering to help me carry into our condo some water bottles on the linai! Also, I affirm Jamie who is the voice one hears when calling for her warm and friendly voice that reveals a personal care for customers! I used this company to replace and upgrade our AC system at our cigar bar and I am glad I called them. They were very professional and did what they promised, showed up on time and cleaned up their mess when complete. I will use them for sure in the future.

So after an unproductive convesation with the on call tech where he threatened to cancel my contract. We were told it would be 3 days before they could come to our house. We were able to find the part after we reached out to our neighbors via our FB page at almost midnight! My husband is extremely handy and was able to install the new capacitor in about 10 minutes! We were still upset by how the tech handled the original conversation but the owner of the company reached out to us around 1:30am to try to rectify the situation... read more
