Tried to get back my 2nd service contract and it took FIVE months of phone calls and emails. They never got back then claimed they left VM. Then got an attitude when I demanded it. They claim they called back and left VM’s and on my end I have no VM’s but the Sept call. Regardless, it’s February and they are just now sending my money back (supposedly).
