Our AC went out just as temperatures for the summer started to rise above 90 degrees. Hamilton showed up from Quality HVAC and Electrical and was able to work a quick solution with switching out the compressor for the outdoor unit. The house started to get cooler within just a few minutes. He was really kind, professional, and personable while he was servicing our unit. Highly recommend going with this company if you’re in the Hampton Roads area and they offer the most reasonable quotes out of any company we researched.

Ok so I had a literal panic attack when I found that my heat wasn’t working in one of thee coldest winters in years. I reached out to Quality via their website and I immediately got a call asking if I wanted to move up to a closer day and he gave me instructions to try to get heat for the night! The next morning a young lady called and gave me my arrival window. 4-6pm….I received a call from Hamilton around 4:30 or so and said he’d be there in 10 minutes.
