Ok so I had a literal panic attack when I found that my heat wasn’t working in one of thee coldest winters in years. I reached out to Quality via their website and I immediately got a call asking if I wanted to move up to a closer day and he gave me instructions to try to get heat for the night! The next morning a young lady called and gave me my arrival window. 4-6pm….I received a call from Hamilton around 4:30 or so and said he’d be there in 10 minutes. Hamilton showed up early , exemplified professionalism right from the start , shared knowledge of the system I never knew before , and completed his job with excellent work habits and pride in his work. Five star workmanship. He is an asset to your Company .

Shawn was great! I’ve had multiple people come out looking for the issue and no one could figure it out. Shawn came out and did it within minutes! I’m so happy he was able to figure this out. I will be in touch with this company for all my needs from now on!
