Shawn was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the faulty wiring of our HVAC on our brand new house. The warranty company was horrible but Quality Hvac & Electrical went above and beyond with our ongoing issues. They won me over as a loyal customer.

Johnathan came out to do the initial assessment of my hvac system. He was extremely thorough in explaining to me what he was doing, looking for and assessing. He and Hamilton came back to do the work and I had the most pleasant experience with their service. They introduced themselves. I got to know a little about them and they got straight to work. Shawn Ponte came to address a problem with our HVAC. He was referred by our property manager. He was very professional, personable, and courteous! Not only did he address the problem, he took the time to explain how to care for and properly maintain our AC System! I felt like a valued customer! He clearly takes pride in his work.

Our technician Shawn not only came early, but gave us all the knowledge we needed to be confident in what he was doing. He was efficient and fast and he and his boss were beyond willing to bless us financially. We decided to sign up for the monthly service and we will be dealing with only them from now on!!
