Working with Quality Construction on a major hail repair claim for an Association that I manage was such a great experience! Communication with a major project like this is always key to success and Josh Miller kept myself, the Board and homeowners updated every step of the way! Through their communications, crew conduct and quality of work the overall process was just amazing. Stellar performance!
I have used QC in 2018 / 2020 - seems like there has been a change in the weather patterns - I called Chad and we scheduled a time to check out roof along with the insurance adjuster (glad that happened) Chad was very attentive, he point out damages from the hail storm even on items he did not service. It was nice to all parties involved to be on the same sheet of music. If and when an issue arrived I would call Chad and he was very responsive to my needs. Hopefully we can skip a year before I call them again.
