Customer service is very bad. I called because my heater is not working. QCS installed a new unit in my home, but now my furnace does not work. When I called, they said they did not install a fan control on the unit. They keep giving me the runaround and do not fix the problem. I have been trying to get this resolved since the beginning of December. The energy saving program may not be the issue, but QCS the contractor has poor contractors. They are rude and unprofessional. JUAN should never go to anyone’s home. He is costing this company a lot of money. He is very unprofessional and is out of date with installing equipment. This company sends Juan to your house to inspect and tell them if something can be done but Juan only does paperwork and knows very little about installing anything. Juan makes inappropriate comments about how he doesn’t care what the outcome is or what happens because he only tells the office what he thinks should be done and the rest is up to them. 2 thermostadts installed in spring have been without a heater ir air since then. Was working prior. Still waiting for a transformer that is blown out. Not helping and it'd getting very cold. Who's on charge of this place
