Thanking you Elaine From Quality Conversation Service QCS helping us get 2 free refrigerators. She provided excellent services. However, the delivery experience was horrible. The two guys were not professional, rude and damaged our entryway door and made a lot of scratches on the refrigerator. One refrigerator kept making noise and was on all time. I’ve called customer service multiple times and left voicemail, but never received any call back. We ended up bought a new refrigerator ourselves as we couldn’t bear the noise.
