Tim came by and gave me an estimate which I agreed to. He told me he would let me know the next day when he could make it out but then I never heard back from him. I called a couple times, left a voicemail and sent him a text with no response. It’s a shame because he seemed to be very knowledgeable.
We had over 30 yards of concrete to take out and then almost 2000 square feet of landscape to redo and reinvent. Mark Serna Jr. and his father were the most professional and kept us in the loop of the project status since it was rather large. The crew cleaned up everyday and the finished project is something spectacular! We got other bids but when you want the best....ditch the rest and go with Quality Concrete & Landscape...their work is second to none.1
True to the name--every single aspect of our major backyard-transformation project was QUALITY work. From the get-go, I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the company, particularly Mark Serna, Jr., with whom we dealt extensively throughout our project.
