Heard a loud rattling on my brother’s car as we were driving down to University of Illinois. Pulled in to this lovely shop, and they were able to spot the problem right away and take care of it putting us back on the highway in no time. Highly recommend them, they showed us several things my brother’s mechanic back home tried to hide so he can get it fixed upon returning. Nice honest guys and great shop for all car needs
These guys are the best!! We stopped by because of a weird sound we were hearing under our car, they immediately saw us, spotted the problem right away, and fixed it in 5 minutes. They walked us through everything they did, and were very kind and personable. I recommend!
I had a tire that needed to be looked at and they got me in right away. Found the issue and fixed the tire immediately. I did not have to wait long and it was a really quick job. Everyone was really nice and it was not over priced or expensive.
Just had my brakes done there. Good work and very polite. They even drove me home when I dropped it off and even drove me to my bank to get cash so I could save money by not paying the fee to use a card. Will be coming back here when I need to.
I had my thermostat replaced and an oil change done at Quality Complete in Rantoul and had a great experience. He was professional, patient, and very transparent throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me the issue so I could understand what was being repaired. His experience and credentials are evident in the quality of his work.
