Company is on the airfield. We come here all the time. Great and fast service. Honest. I read the reviews and looks like the negative ones are people who are mad because the shop didn’t give them a deal. They do great work at reasonable prices.
Pete took care of a repair that the dealer failed to remedy, despite charging me quite a bit. The car did not start, so Pete got it towed and called me a couple of hours later with the status: my dealer had installed a defective starter and failed to replace the wiring harness for which they charged. Quality has my car repair business. It’s worth the drive from Champaign to Rantoul to be treated fairly, honestly, and with respect.
I love this family! This month has been a little stressful losing my van, but Pete and the staff hooked me up with an amazing new vehicle real quick. You got something wrong with your vehicle? Take it to Dr Pete! They don’t just fix the problem, they show you and explain the problem. I originally thought the cost was high for labor, but I ended up having an issue with a part from an auto parts store and asked if they could check it out. They stayed open late and made sure I was on the road the same day! They said that they are dedicated to their customers even if it's after hours! You're not getting that service at a corporate shop. Thank you guys!
Someone told me about this shop. So I took a chance, it is family owned very nice folks. The owner was very impressed by his experience with cars. And the price was fair. I do recommend this place to anyone wanting there muffler fixed. Thank you for your family's kindness & all the hard work that U have put in to your business 🙏🏾 👍🏽
