I stopped in to get my tires and brakes looked at while traveling. I didn't have an appointment, and they got me right in. From the moment I got there, they made me and my little girls feel welcome and listened to my vehicle concerns. I could tell they took the safety of me and my girls seriously, and that meant a lot to me. They checked over everything thoroughly and made sure it was safe to be back on the road. What a great family run business! They even make you feel like a part of the family. Thank you for great service!
On the way to UIUC for my master’s degree graduation, my girlfriend, sister, and I ran into a sudden car issue about 30 minutes from our hotel. What the workers at the shop didn’t know was that I was also planning to propose to my girlfriend later that evening, so the timing could not have been more stressful. Heard a loud rattling on my brother’s car as we were driving down to University of Illinois. Pulled in to this lovely shop, and they were able to spot the problem right away and take care of it putting us back on the highway in no time. Highly recommend them, they showed us several things my brother’s mechanic back home tried to hide so he can get it fixed upon returning. Nice honest guys and great shop for all car needs
These guys are the best!! We stopped by because of a weird sound we were hearing under our car, they immediately saw us, spotted the problem right away, and fixed it in 5 minutes. They walked us through everything they did, and were very kind and personable. I recommend!
