Great Experience We had an excellent experience working with QCRR. QCRR responded quickly- less than 24 hours. We recommend this company to anyone in need of general contractor work/roofing repair. Our home was hit by storms in March and QCRR made the entire process of getting the repairs fixed easy. They are knowledgeable regarding the insurance process and kept us informed while all the repairs were being completed.
Not So Much Quality construction salesman are required to go for as much money as they can for your house but also are allowed to cut corners to make money for the company and salesman, salesman may also pocket some money on the side and owners will tell them to get what you can! I suggest that you seek other means before signing a contract with them. If contract is signed they will get money from you some way, some how or put a lean on your home.
Great Quality and Great Service I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Quality Construction. We recently needed to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. After seeing examples of previous jobs Quality Construction completed, I felt confident with calling them for a quote. Upon starting the job, Quality Construction stayed on schedule and budget. Which as you all know is very rare with construction companies. I highly recommend Quality Construction.
Missed 2 appts We consulted Jeff with Quality Construction for a minor remodel job.. he missed his first appt with us. Not sure why but I called him and rescheduled, he did come out to take a look and then missed the follow up appt to give us the bid price. I was extremely disappointed by this, as you can imagine. The only reason I did not give 1 star is because no work was actually proformed. Good luck if you choose to give them a chance.
